In 2016, Let’s Vote for a Transhumanist Presidential Candidate - I Nominate…

I voted yesterday, but it wasn’t very fun or empowering. Where’s the candidate that supports the future I want?
USA Transhumanists need candidates to believe in, so let’s start now, asserting personalities and platforms into the public arena.
I can think of two people who I believe would be ideal H+ Presidential Candidates.
I nominate:

Peter Diamandis -
The author of Abundance is full of peppy optimism. With federal trillions at his command he’d launch a thousand X-PRIZEs - we’d be mining astroids and voyaging through the solar system by next week. His pal Ray Kurzweil could be Energy Secretary. PD’s only flaw is his education policy - why is Singularity University so expensive?

Sonia Arrison -
Her book title - 100+ - is the campaign promise longevity advocates are craving to hear. Well, actually, 1,000+ would be better. With Sonia sequestered in the Oval Office, our archaic medical system would be techno-progressively accelerated so that we could vote for her again and again, repeatedly, forever.
Who else?
How about RU SIrius? - he ran before but everyone forgot that he lost…
Natasha Vita-More? - positively named, isn’t she?
Jason Silva and Rachel Haywire are photogenic
John Smart… he can help every American escape the heat death of the universe…
I’m eager to hear suggestions of additional candidates. Send ideas to transhumanity.net@gmail.com and I’ll post them into this essay…
