Transhumanity.net - via its think tank parent organization, the Center for Transhumanity - is offering e-book publication opportunities to writers who have books on transhumanist, or transhumanist-related topics.
At present, five authors have expressed interest in publishing works under the “Center for Transhumanity” label. Lee-Roy Chetty is conversing with us about e-publishing a book on emerging technology in Africa, and Dustin Eirdosh wants to publish an e-book written by his technology students in Madagascar. Leo Igwe of Nigeria is interested in publishing an e-book via us - he is a prominent African atheist/humanist. Tranhumanity.net writers John Niman, TJL-2080, and Valkyrie Ice are also interested in producing anthologies of their writing.
Our e-book publishing company will provide a service below market rate to all aspiring authors. Additional features of our e-book service will be:
1. Transhumanity.net will post your e-book for sale on the lefthand side of its home page.
2. We will endeavor to get reviews written of all e-books that we publish.
3. We will keep only a small percentage of revenue from the sales. Many publishers keep 15%; we will keep only 8%.
4. We will offer advice and assistance to everyone we publish, on how to market, advertise, distribute, and sell their e-books.
Transhumanity.net encourages everyone interested in having their own published e-book to contact us regarding their project. We regard our new service as an additional way that we can enhance the transhumanist community. We will do our best to provide you with supportive advice, a praise-worthy product, and satisfactory distribution of your work.
