(the Internets) Today is International Women’s Day (March 8th) and we’d love to share with you some of the fantastic women of transhumanism.  While some people think that there are few such women, I’d argue that the women collectively far outperform men in terms of contributing to Transhumanism.  Most men that I know who proclaim they are transhumanists are in fact Couch Transhumanists.  Don’t get me wrong – there is nothing wrong with that – but I can not think of a single women that claim to be a Transhumanist that is not 150% engaged in transhumanist project… EVERY SINGLE ONE.  So, to all the women that are working hard to make a difference from Natasha to Blaire, we love you all and hope one day the men will be as engaged.

For example, Natasha Vita-More, really one of the Founders and helped write the Transhumanist Declaration as well as many videos, talks and the like.  Really – if you don’t know of Natasha, I have my doubts about your Transhumanism or you’re a (metaphorically speaking) super noob.   Another great Transhumanist women is Blaire Ostler, who took over the MTA CEO, continued to drive the organization forward and literally protests at the world general conference of the LDS Church to raise awareness about discrimination against the LGBTQ persons every six months.   There are so many more… and you can read about them on their individual profiles below:

Here are some of these women:
